BSCS researchers received two MS Research grants

News

Stichting MS Research rewarded Susanne Kooistra and Bart Eggen, both from the department of BSCS, with €330.000 for their project titled ‘Do transcriptional changes matter in MS? – Assigning function to targets identified through transcriptomic analysis’’.

In addition, Bart Eggen was also rewarded for a second project in collaboration with Wia Baron (BSCS) and Prof. Elga de Vries of the MS Centre Amsterdam. This study is titled  ‘Glia-BBB interactions: a double-edged sword in multiple sclerosis?’
