Local Feasibility Procedure

Applicable only if the study has been ethically reviewed by another certified reviewing committee. Please note that we refer here to an ethical, in depth, review and not the 'geen WMO verklaring'. The latter is merely a legal statement that the study does not fall under the WMO law and not an ethical in depth review.

Practical

Requesting local feasibility is done by:

completing the ‘8A.74080 Template nWMO-local feasibility study addendum’
add the study protocol of the overarching study
add the approval letter from the recognized Medical-Ethical Review Committee
submit this in the usual way.

Please note that this addendum is a highly abbreviated version of the standard nWMO study protocol template. Completing this instead of the regular nWMO study protocol template saves you a lot of time and effort.
