We contribute to more “healthy working lives”.

To achieve “healthy working lives”, our research focuses in on how health and well-being can be actively promoted during the working life. We pay special attention to 1) the early phases of the labour market career, 2) the later phases of the working career, and 3) vulnerable groups at the labour market.

Relevance

To achieve more healthy working lives in strong collaboration with key stakeholders

To achieve more “healthy working lives”, our central research questions are focused on the underlying mechanisms of adverse work and/or health outcomes and the effects of preventive measures and interventions. To maximize societal impact, our research typically seeks involvement of key stakeholders in the field of Occupational and Insurance Medicine, together with professionals (within so-called Academic Collaborative Centers), workers, employers and policy makers in social security and pensions.
