My research focus is on the role of employers in improving the work outcomes of workers with disabilities, who have partially reduced work capacities. I am interested in the experiences and perceptions of employers and of employees with disabilities on employer support during the return-to-work process after sick leave. We can learn from these experiences and give implications to improve the return-to-work processes, so less people with disabilities will exit the labour market.
