Going through a Covid-19 infection at home is not easy

Research into the experiences of healthcare workers with a proven COVID-19 contamination shows that it is difficult to go through an infection at home.

Covid-19 has a significant effect on the physical and psychological health of care workers with relatively mild complaints who can stay home. Persistent fatigue in particular hinders their functioning. The absence of fever in almost half of the respondents is striking, as is the negative impact on psychological well-being. Healthcare workers are dissatisfied with the aftercare.
